Terms & Booking Policy

These terms apply to individual 1:1 coaching session bookings.

Service

A standard coaching session lasts 60 minutes, takes place online, and is currently offered in Polish.

The price of one coaching session is $100 USD.

Payment is completed online during the booking process through the payment system connected to the scheduling platform.

A booking is considered confirmed after the reservation process has been completed and, when required, payment has been successfully processed.

A session may be rescheduled without an additional fee no later than 48 hours before the scheduled session.

If a session is cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, the client may receive a refund or move the session to another available time.

If a session is cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, payment is generally non-refundable.

Exceptions may be considered individually in unusual circumstances.

If the client does not attend the scheduled session and has not cancelled in advance, payment is non-refundable.

Late arrival does not automatically extend the scheduled session. The session will normally end at the originally scheduled time.

Coaching is not psychotherapy, psychological treatment, diagnosis, psychiatric care, or medical treatment.

Coaching is a collaborative process. No specific result or outcome is guaranteed.

Sessions take place online. The client is responsible for access to a suitable device, internet connection, and environment for the session.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of booking applies to that reservation.
